With my photographic projects, I mainly focus on the visual aesthetics of anthropogenic systems and their impact on modern society since they can be considered one of the essential drivers for socioecological change. Lately, my work has won awards like the IPA in gold or the Emerging Photography Award, and I have participated in group exhibits in galleries like the Aperture Gallery in New York or the BBA Gallery in Berlin.
In addition, I work as a Professor for Design at the HNU since 2010. There I also lead the Innovation Space, a hub for the development of new products and services. In my career as a digital creative director, I have won awards like the Red Dot, ADC, or iF Award and had the pleasure to work with brands such as Leica, Schneider-Kreuznach, Zeiss, Mercedes, and many others. I live in the southern part of Germany in Neu-Ulm together with my daughter and my wife.
